Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing husband JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. Most people know me through my Instagram @annephung where I document my life - highs and lows, as well as everything inbetween. When I was 1 and a half years old, my family and I moved to America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I may not have been here to share the journey with you. Since I was confident that I would have a brighter future I set out to succeed and make my parents happy. I had a plan to study to graduate, and then get an employment that was good. After that, I was looking for to have a family and a wife. The lifestyle I had thought I would have was not what it turned out to be. The year 2013 was the year I began anxious about going to work. job the money and status didn't bring me happiness- I felt that I was throwing my time and energy to earn a living but I knew that I had a destiny. While I moved to a new path in life I began to discover that I was a personal trainer and my passion. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being with people and help those around me. It was in 2014 that I established my company and I will celebrate the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. There are few Asian women working in this industry. I strive to be a positive influencer in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier them by creating the most sustainable life that meets their individual goals and needs. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve the goals they have set for themselves so that they can achieve what they want to achieve. When my professional career began to grow, I was struck by one of the greatest losses in my life: my mother's passing away. Her eight-year battle was won. fight with the disease and now rests in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and heart always. It's incredible how life will teach us the exact lesson we need, even when we don't realize that it is there. The unexpected death that shaped me for good. It was a true blessing. it gave me an opportunity at the next stage of my life. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to enter her next life. I got my second chance to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. When I reach my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. I can truly say that I live my life today and not just surviving as I did before. My experiences are shared with you so that I can be able to share my stories as well as my words. This will help you know you're not alone. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is essential and normal. The health of a person is the most important wealth. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets because death is the sole thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
